In the workshop we will spend an amazing time where you will roll up your sleeves and will learn how to prepare some typical local dishes.
At your arrival you will try agua de panela, a typical local refreshing drink. You will be then introduced to the local ingredients and the four dishes that we will prepare. As per below, we have 3 different menus depending on the day of the week and time.
Mon, Wed and Fri: Ceviche, mote de queso, black topside beef, coconut rice, plantains in temptation, avocado ají and tree tomato in syrup for dessert.
Tue, Thu and Sat: Seafood cocktail, carimañolas, Red snapper in coconut sauce, coconut rice, patacones and enyucado for dessert.
Mon-Sat at 5pm: Ceviche class: Seabass ceviche with banana emulsion; Shrimps and snails cocktail; Vegan Ceviche; Crunchy calamari and green mango ceviche.
During the course you will also learn how to fillet a fish; recognize the quality of ingredients when buying them; and some other cooking tips that will make your friends and family’s jaws drop.
At the end, we will sit down together, have a glass of wine/beer and enjoy our delicious food.

• Mote de queso - White soup made of yam and local cheese.
• Posta negra cartagenera (Black Topside beef) - Served with coconut rice, plantains in temptation and avocado ají.
• Tree tomato in syrup.
• Ceviches: - Seabass ceviche with banana emulsion; Shrimps and snails cocktail; Vegan Ceviche; Crunchy calamari and green mango ceviche.
