There are some options transfer from Hanoi to Halong, but taking a private car with an
experienced driver speaking some English seems to be the most convenient and safest way. So you should book in advance a private transfer for that, leaving all worries behind.

Distance from Hanoi or Noi Bai International Airport) to is approximate 160 kilometers and it takes about 2.5hour drive via express way. We are local tour operator providing transfer service by private car and taking express way, so more convenient and better quality. Early morning, any time during the day or at midnight, we are always ready to serve you with responsibility and hospitality. You can make booking in advance for any desired pickup time.

Once bookings are made and pickup time is set, our drivers will arrive and wait for you at hotel lobby or at arrival airport lobby (in case you request pickup from airport), holding signboard with your name. For any problems, please contact us by phone number on the confirmation voucher or WhatsApp us with the same number. Our support team will be available 24/24.

After welcoming you, then get on car and relax for 2.5hour drive to Halong Bay, on time for your boarding cruise. Drop you off at the harbour. End of the service.

Important Notes
• For International departure: Passengers should be available at the airport at least 2 to 3 hours before flight takes off (you should leave hotels 3.5 hours before flight departure time).
• For Domestic departure: Passengers should be available at the airport at least 1.5 to 2 hours before flight takes off (you should leave hotels 2.5 hours before flight departure time.
• Please give us your detailed address such as your location/building name, street name, street number....so that driver will figure out exactly where to come.
• Please inform our driver to drop you off at terminal 1 (if you fly domestic) of terminal 2 (if you fly international). Or please note this in your booking voucher.
