You will visit a family of Qvevri makers, where you can taste wines directly from the clay amphoras. You will enjoy a traditional lunch and excellent wines on a terrace of a beautiful wine chateau overlooking the vineyard in Alazani valley. You will be able to taste local specialities at the farmers market of Telavi. And try the legendary organic wines of an artisan biodynamic winery.

This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Gombori Pass, Gombori-Telavi Rd, Telavi Georgia

Drive through the beautiful Gombori mountains, stop for a fresh herbal tea to enjoy a moment of silence and continue to a small village, where you visit one of the last Qvevri makers in Georgia and learn about the process of this traditional craft.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Vardisubani, Vardisubani, Kakheti Region

Visit one of the last craftsmen of Qvevris - giant clay vessels that are the core of Georgian wine making method, learn about the unique artisanal craft and taste wine fresh out of a qvevri!

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Mosmieri, village Kisiskhevi near Nasamkhraliskhevi, Tsinandali 2200 Georgia

Enjoy the stunning views of the Alazani valley from the terrace of the elegant Mosmieri wine chateau as you try their best wines accompanied by carefully selected local specialities

The legendary organic winery of Ruispiri is welcoming you for a wine tasting and stories. Their excellent wines taste the best directly from the cellar surrounded by pristine nature.

Stop At: Alaverdi, Alaverdi, Lori Province

If you're in Kakheti, the stunning monastery of Alaverdi shouldn't be missed - set in the middle of a valley surrounded by the Great Caucasus, it also houses an exquisite wine cellar, which is unfortunately not open to public, but the monastery is still worth the visit.
