Itinerary

*Enjoy tropical nature, feel the Pura Vida life learning how to surf in the warm temperature water of the amazing Playa Hermosa, located on the North coast of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
*Looking to catch waves, have a good time, learn something new, come to the class and let's jump to the water! The purpose is to make sure the students get and feel how much fun it's to ride your first wave.
*Improve your skills by having more sessions.
*Also available for families, small, big, and private groups, ask for!

*Itinerary:

1. The class is held on Hermosa beach, Santa Teresa North
2. Stretching exercises
3. Surf etiquette and Safe Rules:
-Safe Rules
-positioning
-pop up/stand up
4. Surf Session
5. Duration 1.5hours

+ Rashguard UPF 20+

What to bring:

* A smile :)
* Sunscreen SPF 50+ (we provide it if needed)
* 1 liter of water
* A towel
+ Transportation (paid arrangement)
