But, did you know that East Tennessee is also known for craft wine? The nutrient dense soil, mountain topography, and consistent climate lend itself to a variety of types of wine, with a particular focus on unique fruit wines. This trip tour will take you 30 miles SE of Knoxville to the picturesque town of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. With this 4 hour tour, you’ll enjoy 2 wineries and 2 distilleries. Each of our partner establishments have friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help guide you from White Lighting to Muscadine, whatever your experience level. With deep roots in the mountains of East Tennessee, we know that you’ll enjoy the personalized experience you receive at each of our partner establishments

This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Hillside Winery, 229 Collier Dr, Sevierville, TN 37862-6911

First you will experience the sweetness of East TN where they specialize solely in Wine. Sweets, reds, whites you name it they have it. You will get to choose from four of their fine wines to sample, watch the process of making/bottling.

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Tennessee Shine Company - Pigeon Forge, 3435 Teaster Ln, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863-5501

This stop includes interests in both Wine & Shine. This Two in One stop has everything from Good Ole White Lightening to the sweetest of Muscadine in East TN, you will have the ability to taste up to ten different tastings of wine and spirits.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Tennessee Legend Distillery, 2874 Newport Hwy, Sevierville, TN 37876-2202

Lastly, you will experience what a laser focus on distilling spirits is like. From vodka to mango margarita moonshine to straight bourbon whiskey, they have all the spirits. You will be able to sample up to 10 different spirits and learn what the forbidden fruit of these East TN hills have to offer.
