- Pick-up at Puerto Princesa (PPS) Airport or hotel within city proper anytime.

- For PPS Airport pick-up, pick-up time will be based on your flight details. Upon booking, you can set your arrival time (ETA) as your pick-up time. Our drivers will be in the airport prior to your arrival, in case of delays he will be waiting for you until you arrive.

- Our assigned driver will meet you at your selected pick-up location usually 30 minutes before scheduled time. Once you're off your plane, you will get a call or a text from your driver. You can identify him by showing your name written on a piece of paper or his tablet or receive call or text from him. He is waiting at the exit gate of PPS Airport arrival area. Please show your ticket (digital or printed) to the driver.

- Vehicle have comfortable sitting capacity of 12 people. Luggage have compartment at back of vehicle. Air-conditioned.

- One or two stops en route to El Nido at Roxas or Taytay towns for lunch and restroom breaks.

- You can request to have a short stops for shopping, taking pictures, have a snacks, etc. along the way.

- Drop-off at El Nido town up to Lio area (Seda Lio, etc), with the exception of particular address where there is no vehicle access.
