• Are The Kayaks Tandem Or Solo? Each kayak seats two people. If you book with an odd-numbered group you may be partnered with someone from another group or by yourself. Each kayak has a manufacturer-specified weight limit of 400lbs. If your party is odd numbered and you prefer a single please contact us before booking so we can accommodate you 727-712-6541
• Is There a Weight Limit for the Kayaks? Our weight limit is no more than 250 pounds per person and no more than 400 pounds per 2 people that are in the same kayak. All of our kayaks are tandem. Please let us know while making your booking if this may be an issue.
• All Illuminated Night Tours I understand that I am required to wear a life jacket for the duration of the tour. Life jackets are provided for each guest. I will stay within 50 feet of the tour guide at all times. I am aware that the illuminated night tours is a night time adventure, which takes place in complete darkness and may include surprise visits from wildlife. I agree that everyone in my party is at least 12 years of age. Children under age 12 are not permitted on the illuminated night tours. I understand that I am responsible for any teen that is paddling with me.
• What Should I Bring On My Kayak Tour? We encourage you to bring the following: Water Swimsuit/clothes that you don’t mind getting a little wet The paddles will drip a little bit of water into the boat so a change of clothes may be necessary afterwards, bug spray Please apply prior to entering the boat and allow it to dry as best as possible Shoes that can get wet/sandals (we do not allow these to be worn in the boat as they may scratch the kayaks) Towel for after the trip.
• When do i arrive? We are on a strict schedule, please arrive 30 minutes early to give time to check in when you arrive and attend the safety briefing. If you are late you will have less time on the water. If your party does not arrive for the tour within 10 minutes of the tour start time, you forfeit the entire cost of the tour.
• Most travelers can participate
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
