In the company of your expert wine guide you will discover the timeless wine growing villages and beautiful countryside of northern Burgundy. Your tour includes a minimum of 3 visits and tastings in at least 3 different wineries. You will be taken to a panoramic view point over-looking the Chablis Grand cru vineyards. During your tastings and visits to the vineyards you will learn everything you have always wanted know about wine-making and Burgundy wines. From the notion of "terroir" and the classification of the wines to vineyard techniques and the art of tasting, all will be revealed ! And for the lovers of red wines the delicious pinot noirs of Irancy and the Auxerre vineyards await you! Lunch will be in a local bistro where you can savour some of the region's specialities. On Sundays stroll through the wonderful Chablis street market. Your day will also be a rich cultural experience as you learn about the history & culture of the region from the Roman conquest to the great Dukes.

Taste in the 12C cellars a rare Burgundy white wine made from the Sauvignon blanc varietal as well as the estates other superb wines

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Domaine Louis Moreau, 2 Grande Rue, 89800 Beine, France

Enjoy a commented tasting of the estate's Chablis wines including their delicious 1er and Grand Cru wines

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Office de Tourisme du Pays Chablisien, 1 Rue du Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny, 89800, Chablis France

Sundays only - enjoy some time at one of the region's most colourful street markets

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard, 3 route de Chablis Préhy, 89800 Prehy France

Learn about and taste some unique organic and biodynamic Chablis wines

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Domaine du Clos du Roi, 17 rue Andre Vildieu, 89580, Coulanges-la-Vineuse France

A visit to a local winery to learn about local wine making and the history of wines in the region
