We have a team of Hostesses at Lisbon Airport, near the exits at the Arrival Hall of Lisbon Airport (after luggage claim). They will be waiting for you with your nameplate and will escort you to your designated driver.

For a smooth service, we recommend our customers to inform their phone numbers and to turn them ON once they arrive at Lisbon Airport. Our drivers will contact you once you've landed in Portugal.

This private service, includes flight tracking and a free waiting time of 1 hour, that its calculated from the time your flight arrives at Lisbon Airport.
For non-airport pick-ups, we offer 15 minutes waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick up time agreed between the customer.

As a general rule, passengers are allowed to take one suitcase and one personal item with them onto our vehicles. As such, there are certain size and weight restrictions to ensure each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase or laptop bag that can fit easily or can be carried by the passenger. If you travel with extra or excess luggage, please informe us before taking the trip, so that we can provide the necessary logistic resources from the baggage hall to the check in counter or point of destination (extra fees may be included).

Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking (extra fees may be included).

NOTE: We reserve ourselves the right to NOT provide the ride if the customer does not appear or answers our contacts during the free waiting time agreed upon reservation of this service. All delays caused by external factors that are beyond our control, are not of our responsabilities.

  • We accept no responsibility for loss of a passenger's luggage or any damage to a passenger's luggage. The customer must ensure that all passengers' luggage is adequately insured.
