Your trip details will be booked over the phone. Driver will call you directly with ETA within 60 minutes of scheduled pickup time.

If airport pickup: driver will track your flight and be at the airport when you are landing. You will receive a text and/or call from the driver when you have landed to ask you to inform driver when you have possession of all your luggage and are standing outside the airport door. Driver will then give you vehicle make/model/color and pull up in front of you curbside, load your luggage and you will be transported via luxury sedan to your desired destination. Routes taken will depend upon road conditions, traffic and destination address - driver will expertly choose the route taking all factors into consideration.

If residence pickup: driver will call you within 60 minutes of arrival to inform you of ETA, verify address and confirm details for gate entry if applicable. Upon arrival but no more than 5 minutes prior to scheduled pickup, driver will ring doorbell/knock to begin loading your luggage. Driver will wait in vehicle. Once all passengers and luggage are loaded, driver will transport you to Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and unload your luggage curbside for you at the Departure door for your airline (Delta, American, etc.).
