Enjoy your luxury spa treatment at the multi-award-winning Fah Lanna Spa in the Old City of Chiang
Mai. After you arrive at the spa you will have a health consultation before your treatment in your
private spa treatment room for complete relaxation.

• Customers making their own way to the spa should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out the consultation card
• If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, we reserve the right to give the appointment slot to other customers
• Bookings for customers who arrive late for their appointment can not be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability
• Bookings where customers arrive late and no massage therapist or room is available may be rescheduled to a later date or time, subject to availability

• Staff undergo regular Covid tests. All common touch points are cleaned and sterilised regularly. All treatment rooms are private and not shared with other customers. We sterilised the treatment room after every customer with Ozone and UV-C light.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
