• 2 Kinds of Indian Snacks - It is a fried snacks made from lentil flours with Onion, Potato or Cottage cheese with some green & dried spices. served with green and red sauce.
• Chicken tikka or Mutton Cutlets - Chicken chunks are marinated in spices & grilled. Mutton Cutlets is authentic preparation made by a paste of meat & chick pea lentils, served fried.
• Lamb / Chicken Curry - Curry is a dish of slow cooked lamb/chicken in a spicy gravy. This curry recipe is really flavorful & tender that is succulent & delicious.
• Cottage Cheese/Paneer - 1 dish with cottage cheese which is a humble & versatile ingredient of Indian cooking. 1 main course with an all-time favorite ingredient is a must.
• Seasonal Vegetable - We will discuss with you to decide the vegetable.
• Lentil / Chick peas - Pressure Cooked with fresh and dried spices.
• Chicken / Lamb Biryani - Very famous & loved delicacy all over India. Rice cooked with chicken or mutton with aromatic spices. A must, no one can say no to the preparation.
