Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls via Ziwa Rhino sanctuary

Stop At: Rhino Fund Uganda, Gulu Highway Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Nakitoma Uganda
In the morning as early as 6:00am, our Twist African safari guide will pick you up from your place of residence in Kampala. On your tour guides’ arrival, you meet and greet then start your adventure to Murchision falls national park. You will have your first stop at ziwa rhino sactuary for a 2 hours rhino track then later have lunch on en route to the park. In the evening most probably on arrival an evening or sunset game drive is undertaken Enroute to your accommodation facility. At this time there chances of sighting several wildlife species including the giraffes, elephants, lions and many more as the predators try to catch their last meal of the day and the prey try’s to survive. Arriving at your hotel in the evening, you check in, have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game drive - Afternoon Launch cruise - visit top of the falls

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Western Region
With beautiful sights of the morning sunrise, you head out for the game drive with your safari guide lasting about 2-4hours. During the game drive, you have chances of seeing wildlife species like Buffaloes, Elephants, Lions, Leopards and the Rothschild Giraffes (the highest population in the world).

 After the game drive, you have a lunch break and then transfer to the boat cruise start point for a great 2 hours cruise on the Nile waters. The boat cruise takes cruises past numerous hippopotami down to the bottom of the mighty Murchison Falls. From the bottom of the falls, the hike to the top of the mighty falls starts taking about 1 hour and giving the best chances for beautiful pictures of the falls. Arriving on the top of the thunderous falls, you meet the driver guide for a transfer to your lodging facility.

Day 3: Transfer back to Kampala

Stop At: Kampala, Kampala, Central Region
Have a leisurely brealfast then embark on the drive back to Kampala. Lunch is taken en route to your place of stay.
