Day 1: Peloponnese - Argolis Region

Discover charming Nafplio, the first capital of Greece and one of the most beautiful and romantic cities of Greece. Walk in its picturesque alleys, learn its fascinating history and taste delightful traditional dishes. It is a picturesque town with Venetian architecture.

Day 2: Delphi Area
Stop At: Delphi, Delphi, Phocis Region, Central Greece
Take a walk to Delphi Archaeological site, A Unesco World Heritage monument, nature at its grandest and the famous oracle. The gods still reign over Delphi. In Delphi the harmony that bound men and their gods is still apparent. Photographs cannot do justice to the grandeur and serenity of the setting. Tour the ruins and shed light on the site’s oracle, an ancient priestess who conveyed messages from the god Apollo. Admire the Temple of Apollo and other monuments, and then visit the Archaeological Museum to view its artifacts, including the Charioteer of Delphi and Sphinx of Naxos.

Stop At: Arachova, Arachova, Boeotia Region, Central Greece
Arachova, is a town known for its colored carpets and picturesque village views. Also is a popular destination for Athenians in the Winter as the Ski resort is close by. Walk around this popular village and have a coffee or tea at the small cozy cafes.

Day 3: Meteora Rocks
Stop At: Meteora, Meteora, Trikala Region, Thessaly
Meteora means "middle of the sky", and with their exalted heights and almost mystical inaccessibility, the Metéora monasteries seem to soar towards heaven and reflect the human striving for holiness. After the fascinating tour of at least the 3 most accessible monasteries, you can enjoy a delightful lunch with Greek traditional dishes and “Mezedes” in the picturesque Kastraki village or downtown Kalampaka city.

On your way back to Athens, stop at Thermopylae, where one of most epic battles of all times took place. 300 Spartans faced the Persian army and stopped them for 2 days. See the battlefield and the statue of King Leonidas.
