Customer can booking or arrange his itinerary via email,whatsapp or call, we will explain about the price and other information they needed and if we have a deal so we will confirm again where and when to pickup. We can pick up them at the train station,airport and hotel. They can pay down payment in advance for outside Yogyakarta trip. The day before the trip we will inform the driver's name and his photo, also police license plate number.
On the pickup day at station or airport the driver will bring the banner with the customer's name on it and at the end of the trip customer will pay the price agreed upon in advance.
