There are different routes to choose from on our live digital maps mounted to your handle bars. We have longer (75 km +) and shorter (50 KM) routes available.

Explore the breathtaking beauty of Vancouver Island as you cycle along the Lochside Trail & Galloping Goose trail through the Saanich Peninsula & Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park.

If you are up to the added challenge, why not bike all the way into the quaint seaside city of Victoria & explore the city. Alternatively take the shorter route and head over to Brentwood Bay & spend a relaxing afternoon in the world famous Butchart gardens or take a kayak out for a paddle in the sheltered waters of Todd Inlet.

Stop At: Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park, Beaver Lake Rd, Central Saanich, British Columbia Canada

Elk & Beaver Lake is a great little stop off along your route into Victoria to enjoy some nature, have a snack/refreshment or go for a swim.

Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Lochside Regional Trail, Switch Bridge, Sidney, British Columbia Canada

The Lochside Regional Trail is a 29-kilometre trail that runs from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The trail is a popular route both for commuting and recreation. It is frequented by people walking, running, cycling, skateboarding and riding horses. The trail passes through colorful farmland, beautiful coastlines, forests and small towns.

Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

Stop At: Into The Wild Cycling Tours, 2040 Nelson St, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 1N5 Canada

Meet your guide and driver from Into The Wild who will set you up on top of the line Norco E bikes to explore Vancouver Island on your own schedule with live digital maps mounted to your handlebars.

Stop At: Victoria, Victoria, Victoria Capital Regional District, Vancouver Island, British Columbia

Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia and offers visitor's a plethora of sights and activities to enjoy. It is a relatively small city and most attractions, cafes and bars are only a short bike ride away.

(Please note that there are different routes along the Self - Guided tour. Not all stops can be included as it depends upon your fitness level and far you would like to bike in total for the day - We have longer (75 km +) and shorter (50 KM) routes available to choose from.)

With abundant parkland, it’s known for outdoor activities. The city's British colonial past shows in its Victorian architecture. Adorned with flowers and colonial architecture, Victoria is a wanderer's paradise. Admire the beauty of the ocean and reflect on the area's history as you explore this vibrant city where students and politicians alike get around by bike.

Stop At: Galloping Goose Regional Trail, British Columbia Canada

This picturesque multi-use trail, formerly a railway line, moves through urban, rural and wilderness scenery. You will join up with the Galloping Goose Trail on your way into Victoria an follow this spectacular trail all the way downtown.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Butchart Gardens, Butchart Gdns, Brentwood Bay, BC V8M, Canada

The Butchart Gardens is a 118-year-old internationally-renowned 55-acre display garden located in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Created by Jennie Butchart, and still privately owned and operated by the family, The Gardens was designated a National Historic Site of Canada, in 2004 for its one hundredth birthday.
