With the help of the local host you will discover how to use different spices, try new different flavors of south Indian food, study how to cook them even if you are in your country. And, of course, yummy south Indian thali - lunch on a banana leaf will be served for you there after the class.
Description
We will cook together around 5 dishes for a traditional Kerala lunch. I will teach you basic spices combinations, preparation of most popular dishes such as aviyal, sambar, pineapple chutney etc. We will finish all together with a delicious lunch served on a banana leaf with rice, our prepared dishes and some yummy additions included traditional dessert.
