Your guide will walk you through the Papal Crypts to see Saint Peter's Tomb and of many other Popes. Your next adventure will take you up to the Dome, you will climb it partially with an elevator and then walk along 320 steps. Once on top you will enjoy a 360° amazing panoramic view of Rome.

St. Peter's Basilica is a church built in the Renaissance style located in Vatican City. This is the largest Church in the world and the most important for Christianity.
Designed principally by Donato Bramante, Michelangelo, Carlo Maderno and Gian Lorenzo Bernini, it is absolutely worth-seeing, both as a pilgrimage destination and as a cultural visit.

Stop At: Vatican Grottoes, Piazza San Pietro, Vatican City Italy

Enjoy a visit to the Papal Grottoes, the vast crypt under St. Peter's Basilica. Built 3 meters below the level of the Basilica, they are located just under the great altar in the middle of the central nave.

Enjoy the magnificent view of St. Peter's Square, large plaza located directly in front of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City.
The open space in front of the basilica was redesigned by Gian Lorenzo Bernini from 1656 to 1667, under the order of Pope Alexander VII.
