As part of this class, you will visit a local market, cook the exquisite Peruvian dishes yourself, and learn much more about the culture and about us.
Description
The program consists of 4 PARTS:
1. We will begin with the CULINARY WALK: We will depart from the aforementioned address towards the local market. there we can observe the lifestyle and customs. of the locals.
2. Then we will start with the COOKING CLASS: we will go to the place where the experience will take place, where with the help of a chef, they will cook the typical Peruvian dishes; We have the following menu to choose from:
TRADITIONAL MENU:
- Starter dish: Stuffed Cause
- Main course: Loin/Pollo saltado
VEGETARIAN MENU:
- Starter: Vegetarian Cause
- Main course: Salted Mushroom
3, Then we will do the PISCO SOUR CLASS: while we are finishing lunch we will teach you an easy way to make the famous PISCO SOUR in two presentations. Traditional and Maracuya.
4, And at the end, we have some typical and very special gifts for each of you which you will love.
