The Church of San Giorgino is a small ecclesiastical building dating back to 1109 which stands on the grounds of the Estate and which, with its dominant position, seems to observe and protect the expanses of vineyards and olive trees on the gentle Tuscan slopes. When our family arrived in San Giorgio a Lapi, the church had suffered major structural damage. This is how our parents decide to recover and completely restore the building, which in exchange returned the discovery of a fresh painting by the Nasini, a family of painters from Amiata, representing St. George killing the dragon.

We will go to the cellars to find out how our wine is born and ages (winemaking and aging cellar in barrels and bottle aging). At the end of the walk, tasting of wines and typical Tuscan products with one of the owners of San Giorgio a Lapi.
