Stop At: La Vanille Nature Park, Senneville, Riviere des Anguilles, Riviere des Anguilles, Mauritius
Spread over 3.5 hectares in the south of the island, this reserve, which was created in 1985, now allows you to observe the largest colony of turtles, with 1,000 individuals, including Domino , the dean of the reserve and one of the largest turtles in the world.
The site is also home to 2,000 Nile crocodiles, the animals can be observed at different stages of their growth. During the visit, you will also have the opportunity to see monkeys, bats, deer, geckos, wild boars and carp ... to name just a few species of the reserve.
The park is widely known throughout the island for its insectarium where the work of Jacques Siedlecki is stored; a collection of 23,000 species of beetles, butterflies and other insects for a multitude of shapes and colors.

Stop At: Gris Gris Beach, South Coast, Souillac, Mauritius
Gris Gris is the beach which is located in the extreme south of the island. This little piece of beach does not have coral reef, the big waves come breaking on the shore offering an amazing views to the visitors, ideal for photoshoot. Gris Gris offers a contrast with the other beaches in the South popular for their calm sea.

Rochester Falls is set in a rugged, wild and lush green landscape in the Savanne district of Mauritius. The cascading waters tumble from a height of 10 meters through the rocky beds of the Savanne River. The breathtaking scenery, cascading waterfalls, pools of clear water, and luxuriant greeneries surrounding the region, makes it a wonderful site to see and a relaxing experience, without forgetting a perfect location for unforgettable pictures.

Stop At: Robert Edward Hart Memorial Museum, Autard Street, Souillac, Mauritius
Robert Edward Hart was a Mauritian poet born on 17 August 1891 in Port Louis and passed away on 6 November 1954 at Souillac, a lovely beach village in the south of Mauritius. The poet spent the last 13 years of his life at Le Nef (the nave), a bucolic coral-stone beach cottage, after his retirement as Curator and Librarian of the Mauritius Institute; at the ground floor of which the Mauritius Natural History Museum is located. Le Nef bungalow was erected through contributions made by the poet's friends after his first house was destroyed in a cyclone. To that effect he wrote a beautiful poem to express his gratitude for the generosity of his well-wishers. You can read about the poem at the entrance of the memorial museum.
