This culinary experience begins with a guided visit to a local market to recognize some local and agricultural products that are grown and exported abroad; We will also taste some endemic fruits from the Peruvian valleys, then we will go to an artisanal fishing port to contemplate the diversity of the Pacific marine fauna, take photos of some birds in the port; After these places we go to our restaurant, which has a privileged view facing the Pacific Ocean; there the chef and the bartender of the restaurant will wait for us so that together with them we can begin with the preparation of our two typical Peruvian dishes: the Lima cause and the Peruvian ceviche; and our flagship alcoholic drink: Pisco sour.

• Lima cause - Made with crushed yellow Andean potatoes, stuffed with chicken breast, avocado, olives and mayonnaise, decorated with sauces and seasonal vegetables.
• Peruvian ceviche - Made with fresh white fish, lemon juice, sweet potato, red onion and a lot of spice; It is served with lettuce and fresh corn. Typical Peruvian dish.
• Pisco Sour - Peruvian flag alcoholic drink, made with pisco, lemon juice, egg white, simple syrup and ice cubes, served with two drops of bitters.
