Authentic Andalusian cuisine is not paella or sangria. In this cooking class, we will learn the true gastronomic dishes in a traditional home. With product fresh and centenary recipes.

After the pick-up at the hotel / apartment we will move to the traditional food market to know and select the products that we will make.
We continue to traditional housing to begin the fun and didactic cooking workshop with an experienced cook with more than 45 years working in the food sector.

After the pick-up at the hotel / apartment we will move to the traditional food market to know and select the products that we will make.
We continue to traditional housing to begin the fun and didactic cooking workshop with an experienced cook with more than 45 years working in the food sector.
A workshop where we will forget the wrong topics that exist about Andalusian and Spanish cuisine.

We prepare two traditional dishes according to season and drinks from the Andalusia area. At the end, it will be presented with a recipe book of the elaborated. Then transfer back to Seville.

• Salmorejo - We will learn to make the best-known dish in Andalusia, Salmorejo. It is a fresh dish made from vegetables.
Depending on the season
• Tuna with onions - Traditional dish from the coast of Cadiz. The juicy tuna steak is accompanied with grilled onion.
• Olive - The star appetizer of Andalusia
• "Regañá" - It is a kind of bread, but shaped like a cake. Very characteristic of the towns of the interior of Andalusia.
• Tomate salad
• cheese in olive oil
• Homemade dessert or fruit at the end
