Our guide will collect you at 7:30 am, then we will head to the Panama Canal Visitors’ Center at Miraflores Locks where ships can be seen transiting the waterway (Depending on Canal schedule).
Then, visit the historic Canal Administration Building; opened in 1914.
We will drive around the famous Cerro Ancon inside the former U.S. Canal Zone and out to the islands along the Amador Causeway for the best view of Panama’s skyline and a stop at the colorful PANAMA sign. We will likely stop on Naos Island for lunch (not included).
Finally, we will stroll along the charming cobblestone streets of Casco Antiguo . Tracing its history to 1673 and filled with splendid Colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is today one of Panama City’s liveliest districts. There are Local and Indigenous arts & crafts at Casco Antiguo.
Finally we will drive thru the Panamericana Highway and back to your hotel.

Due to Covid-19 we will take you to Pedro Miguel Locks where you can see ships passing by and learn from the history of the Canal.

Stop At: Plaza de Francia Casco Viejo, Panama City Panama
we will stroll along the charming cobblestone streets of Casco Antiguo . Tracing its history to 1673 and filled with splendid Colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is today one of Panama City’s liveliest districts. There are Local and Indigenous arts & crafts at Casco Antiguo.

Stop At: Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador), Av Amador, Panama City Panama
Built in 1913, with rocks from the excavation of the Culebra Cut during construction of the Panama Canal, the Causeway joins Panama City with four islands: Naos, Perico, Culebra and Flamenco.
The site was part of a US military complex called Fort Amador that had established to protect the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal. Currently, vestiges of the military installations can be seen on the islands.
