For a break from exploring the Angkor temples, come and learn traditional Khmer cooking with us!
Choose your three dishes from our Khmer menu, and head to a local market with our chef to explore Cambodian ingredients and flavours. After that we go to our purpose-built garden pavilion for your hands-on interactive class. Led by one of our fantastic chefs, learn how to cook three delicious Cambodian dishes that you will be able to re-create back home, like fish amok, spring rolls, Cambodian curry, bananas in palm sugar with coconut juices, and many more.
We collect all guests from their accommodation, so simply let us know where you're staying when you book, as well as a contact number.
Sample Menu
• NHOAM SVAY TREI CHHAE - This green mango salad with smoked fish is aromatic and full of texture: crunchy vegetables, crispy smoked fish, dried shrimp, and crunchy peanuts.
• FISH AMOK - Cambodia's national dish is rich and unctuous. It's made with leaves from the Noni plant and steamed in a banana-leaf bowl!
• PUMPKIN CUSTARD - Coconut milk and sweet roasted pumpkin combine in this delicious, light and not-too-sweet dessert.
