Stop At: Reserva Ecologica Manglares Churute, Guayaquil Ecuador

Join this 6 hours tour starting with a hotel pickup in Guayaquil. You will enjoy the Ecological Reserve Churute, the estuary and bird sigthting.
Come and spent an unforgettable day, we will take you to explore a part of the forest of 55,000 hectares that hosts severals species of mammals, 221 species of birds, 8 species of amphibians and more 12 types of reptiles plus more than 700 species of vascular plants. We will walk through this dense vegetation to hear and observe the Howler Monkeys.
We will navigate in the beautiful and peaceful Churute Estuary to enjoy the bird sighting on a wildlife, it can be done with the naked eye or through a visual enhancement device like binoculars and listening for bird sounds.

Stop At: Reserva Ecologica Manglares Churute, Guayaquil Ecuador

We pick you up at your hotel in Guayaquil to start our adventure, we will go to the ecological reserve manglares de churute that is located 50 minutes away from Guayaquil. once in the reserve office.

Then we go to the dock where a canoe awaits us and we will navigate About an hour and a half through the estuary where the birds nest in their natural state, we will observe yellow and black crowned herons, Little blue herons, Cocoi herons, Roseate Spoonbill American Wood storks, Neotropic Cormorants, Osprey King fishers, Pelicans, White Ibis and frigate birds , depending on the weather conditions and the tide we could see crocodiles, then we return to the pier to continue our adventure we will enter a trail of dry primary forest surrounded by trees and endemic plants that makes this site the ideal place for the observation of the howler monkeys that permanently inhabit this protected place.
