Discover the luxurious pleasures of prized Black Truffle. You will enjoy the traditional hunting for truffles with a trained dog and experience finding and savoring the famed Black Diamond. There are few people that have the opportunity to enjoy truffles at peak freshness. The tour will answer all of your questions about how to cultivate and cook with truffles.

Description

We will hunt for black winter truffles in our hazelnut orchard, while also explain all the ins and outs of growing and cooking with black winter truffles (tuber melanosporum). The hunt will take approximately 60 minutes.

• Fried egg and leeks with shaved Truffle - Fried egg and leeks will be served on a slice of fresh bread from (&Хлеб) &Bread in Sofia.
