- 4-hour cooking experience with interesting information and stories about the history of Central European Jews as well as about the bustling Jewish life in Budapest
- the family recipes of the dishes in English, which you can take home
- you can taste typical Jewish welcome snack as well
- drinks: Palinka (fruit brandy), 2 dl Hungarian wine, homemade soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee
- at the end of the cooking we will eat together and enjoy the result of your efforts

Main course: Honey chicken with dried plum and apricot + boiled rice
Dessert: Rugelach (small crescent)

Sample Menu
• Jewish egg paté with Challah - Challah is a Jewish braided bread which is served with soft egg cream.
• Honey chicken with dried plum and apricot + boiled rice - This unique main course is made for Rosh Hashanah by Jewish families when they eat honey and other sweets because by this the year will be lucky.
• Rugelach - Rugelach is a Hanukkah dessert. Original recipe was more modest than today’s version because today it is made by cream cheese. You must taste it!
