Amer fort is a world heritage site since 2013 built by Hindu Rajput kings in 16th century. the fort has beautiful blend of Hindu and Mogul architecture. Fort is located 6 kilometers away from Jaipur city in Amer town on Jaipur Delhi highway. Amer fort is divided in four different courtyards built by different kings. It took over 100 years to built this fort. and the fort is famous for its famous mirror palace where all the wall and ceilings are adorned with mirrors from Belgium. Also, you will see beautiful frescoes paintings and inlaid work on white marble.

Stop At: Panna Meena ka Kund, Near Amber Fort, Jaipur India
Panna Meena ka kund is popularly known as stepwell built in 16th century. This was a place for religious gathering and famous for its artistic design of steps and situated in the Amer town.

Stop At: Jal Mahal, Amer Road, Jaipur 302002 India
After the tour of Amer fort and Panna meena ka kund you will drive towards Jaipur where on the way you will stop at Jal Mahal. Jal Mahal is hindi name for Water Palace built in the middle of water in 1799 AD this palace is 3 kilometers away from Amer fort on the way to Jaipur. This palace was used by kings of Jaipur as a summer house during the hot summers. The only way to go inside the palace was by boat. This palace is not open for tourists but still you will be able to stop at this place to take some nice picture.

Stop At: Royal Gaitor Tumbas, Krishna Nagar, Brahmpuri, Jaipur 302002 India
After water palace drive to Royal Gaitor just 3 kilometers away from water palace, this monument is the Royal crematorium which is still being used by royal family of jaipur, all the kings of jaipur were cremated here because they were all hindu. You will see marble and red sand stone cenotaphs with amazing carving on them.

Stop At: Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, Hawa Mahal Tripolia Bazaar Road Badi Choupad, J.D.A. Market, Pink City, Jaipur 302002 India
Next stop at the Hawa Mahal or Palace of Wind which is situated in the middle of the pink city. This monument was built in 1799 AD by Maharaja of Jaipur. It looks like a wall from front side and it has total 957 small windows and jharokhas. The royal ladies used to come to this wall from city palace to enjoy the view of the colorful street also they would see the royal and holy processions but without being seen by men. Stop here to take some of the best photo of your tour.

5 minutes drive from wind palace is another beautiful palace of the
Jaipur city is the City palace. This palace was the new home to the kings of Amer town. In 1727 Maharaja Sawai Jai singh of Jaipur founded the his new city and he built his new palace there which is still occupied by the royal family of Jaipur.

Just walk to this amazing place from city palace. Jantar-Mantar or observatory of Jaipur is also a world heritage site since 2010 built in early 18th century by the founder of Jaipur Sawai
Jai Singh, King was a great astrologer, astronomer and a great town planer he built five observatories in India. You will see astrological and astronomical instruments still in working condition.
