Oleotourism and olive oil tastings in Seville

With this half-day excursion we will go to the region of Los Alcores, 30 minutes from Seville, to get into an authentic olive mill, the mill where olive oil is produced, "the liquid gold of Andalusia". Andalusia has thousands of them and they are very important in the local economy. In the Alcores, we will visit a family mill, of the many that exist in this region rich in olive groves.
Accompanied by a family member, we will learn all the details of the process of production of extra virgin olive oil, from olive groves to the elaboration of the final product. At the end of the visit we will have an educational and comparative tasting of different extra virgin olive oils. The tasting will end with a creative dish in one of the private rooms of the mill. This experience has a total duration of around 90 minutes.

• Avocado and anchovy toast - Toast, a perfect "support" to combine all kinds of hot or cold ingredients.
• Salmon and orange bagel - A thread-shaped roll with a hole in the middle, it has a history of more than four centuries behind it.
• Salmorejo Basilippo - Salmorejo is a fundamental dish in the traditional cuisine of many parts of Andalusia, the traditional recipe comes from Córdoba.
• Avocado and sturgeon focaccia. - Focaccia is a type of flat bread, covered with herbs to which we will add a fruit such as avocado and a fish such as centurion.
• black rice - A delicious black rice. With some tender squid, a good fish stock and homemade garlic mayonnaise with A.O.V.E. Basilippo.
