We will be teaching you how to make from scratch some of Thailand's most delicious dishes.
We will be making dishes which use ingredients that are generally easy to find everywhere so that you will be able to make your dishes when you are back in your home country.
Our lesson also includes a visit to an authentic Thai market where you can see an interesting part of Thai culture.
Vegans and vegetarians are welcome.
Starting at 1 pm we will be doing the following dishes:.
Monday : pad thai,papaya salad,chicken galangal coconut soup,northern pork salad,banana coconut milk.
Tuesday:fried chicken with cashew nuts,tom yam,panaeng curry,fried rice chicken and basil,glass noodle salad.
Wednesday : green curry with chicken,fried rice pineapple,fried beef with black pepper,tom yam,bua loi.
Thursday : pad thai,fried chicken cashew nuts,green curry chicken,shrimp soup,banana coconut milk.
Friday : masaman,fried rice pineapple,papaya salad,tom yam,banana coconut milk.
Saturday : prawns tamarind sauce,chicken galangal coconut soup,spring rolls,red curry,glass noodle salad.
Sunday : sweet and sour pork/chicken,green curry,tom yam,fried chicken cashew nuts,northern pork salad.
