WInery Botaro is settled in the centre of Konavle valley surrounded by mediterranean vegetation and picturesque vineyards. Family who owns the winery have started it in 1540 and by today they are keeping its long tradition and customs. Here, you can try high quality, platinum medal awarded wines.

Description

Chardonnay as white wine, Zinfandel Rose, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Even though you see familiar sorts of wine, those wines have a unique local touch to them. Specifically, due to high-quality soil and an extreme passion for winemaking, their wines always left guests speechless! Along with wines, you will have a chance to try their homemade food, prosciutto, cheese, and olives. Before wine tasting, you will be introduced to homemade liquors combined with local sweets. Lastly, you will meet their lovely donkey and the family dog, Ben.
After wine tasting, you will have time to experience one of the most beautiful small towns in Europe, Cavtat. According to statistics, they are listed as third when it comes to safety due to the coronavirus pandemic. There you can try homemade ice cream or try local coffee. After the visit, you will return to your accommodation.
