Temper Temper is a high quality boutique chocolate factory. Behind the endless chocolate creations are just two chocolatiers, Roz and Georgia, and co-owner Andrei. Their fine chocolate is sourced from sustainable farms around the equator line, combined with many delicious flavours. Simply enjoy!

Beekeeping is a big thing in Margaret River! The Colony Concept displays a wide range of fabulous (and delicious) bees products. Be surprised with local sustainable, organic honey & products, and a bee education room set in beautiful scenic rural land.

Ashbrook Estate is one of the pioneer wineries in Margaret River, being one of the first 10 vineyards in the region, and is a perfect example of a family owned and run boutique winery. Established by the Devitt family in 1975, Brian Devitt and his family continue to be all over it, having completed over 40 straight vintages.

Our stop for a true organic ‘farm to plate’ lunch. Park in front of its olive grove, and enjoy an olive oil tasting and everything in the fabulous tasting room & gourmet retail outlet.

After lunch we visit Redgate Wines. A massive combination of different styles of wines with grapes grown on a single property, showcasing the flavours created in the sourthern area of the region, to contrast with the other two wineries. This is a great opportunity to take a look into the vineyard to learn key facts about wine making.

'Great wine is made in the vineyard’. Brown Hill Estate is a family owned boutique winery. We are received by the owners, Jim, Gwen, Nathan or Chiara, and enjoy a particularly personalized guided wine tasting, after which we have the opportunity to go behind the scenes to check the barrel room, a run through the winemaking process, and an introduction to what happens at the vineyards.

In different seasons of the year, time allowing, we might have a break to enjoy the wonderful views of an iconic nature spot in Margaret River. From here, we can enjoy the calmest or the roughest versions of the Indian Ocean, world-class surf breaks or a very calm beach; and why not, whale watching (between August and November) or spotting dolphins.
