Once inside our friendly reservation portal you must follow the steps that are indicated there, it is really simple! Once finished, you will get a voucher that includes precise instructions that will make your experience much easier and more relaxed, once you have arrived to your destination, you must follow the steps specified in the voucher, which basically suggest walking directly to customs and migration (this in order to review your documentation and avoid any inconvenience, after doing the proper verification on your documents you should contact the luggage area, this in order to locate your luggage and take it with you, finally you will go out to a new room where you will go through a sales area, once leaving that behind you will continue walking until you reach umbrella # 5 where one of our representatives will be holding a name sign while waiting for his arrival.
