We will pick you up from your hotel between 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Then we go to the local fresh market in order to learn about the ingredients you will use while cooking; Thai herbs, vegetables, spices used in the homemade chili pastes. You will also learn about where everything at the market comes from; seafood, fresh coconut milk, meats, and all the tropical fruit. While at the market you will also have the opportunity to shop for yourself.
- Back at the cooking class you will cook 3 courses using the ingredients from the market.
- Learn to make the curry pastes from scratch and cook with your own homemade curry paste.
- With Wandee's many years of experience you will learn about traditional cooking methods, as well as learn to cook royal Thai recipes.
- Q&A session at every cooking class.
- The recipes of what you cook will be available after the class.

Sample Menu
• Deep fried pork with lemongrass. - Deep fried pork minced mix with herb and wrapped with lemongrass. Serve with sweet chilli sauce
• Kaeng Chu Chi Pla( Traditional Southern curry from scratch). - A selection of Andaman fish cooked it with homemade curry paste from scratch and fresh coconut milk from our local market.
• Bualoi (Thai riceball in warm coconut milk) - Traditional Thai dessert made from stickey rice flour and special ingredients. Unique preparation. Boil in hot water and cook in warm coconut milk.
• Yam Som O (Pomelo Salad) - Super fresh and full of colour dish, Pomelo mix in traditional dressing salad such as fish sauce, lime, chilli oil and sugar. Refreshing and tasteful.
