Medieval foundation church, but altered in the 16th century on the initiative of D. Álvaro de Castro (1565), it has a single nave covered by a 16th century coffered vault and covered on the side walls with magnificent blue and white tiles, from a Lisbon workshop from the first half of the 19th century. 18th century, depicting scenes from the life of St. Peter.

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Fonte da Sabuga, R. Mal. Saldanha 23, 2710-631 Sintra, Portugal

A fountain whose waters have a lot of history. Source of drinking water that has records since the 12th century, especially for its therapeutic properties.

Duration: 5 minutes

Stop At: Centro Historico de Sintra, Sintra 2710-616 Portugal

We start this trip in the heart of Sintra, the historical center of Sintra, where you can and should walk the small emblematic alleys of this romantic village. We will stop at one of the best known coffee shops in the world, the famous Piriquita, where you will have the chance to taste the sweets. With a unique regional flavor, you will also have the opportunity to have a drink and see the handicrafts created by local and world-renowned artisans.

Stop At: Palácio e Parque Biester, Av. Almeida Garrett 1A, 2710-567 Sintra, Portugal

A historic monument, the Biester Palace is a mysterious adventure in a fascinating and (still) little explored cultural labyrinth.

But, the Biester universe is much more than meets the eye, with a history full of secrets, and a mysterious and captivating spiritual dimension. All the events that gave rise to its construction, in particular the Chapel and Library, are covered in a deep and complex mysticism, where art and religion meet, in a journey that is built through themes as intriguing as the Knights Templar, Rome and Christianity, or even through esoteric connections to the spheres of Occultism.

Duration: 1 hour

Pass By: Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Portugal

The Serra de Sintra is covered with lush vegetation that dominates the landscape and gives rise to the microclimate that makes this Park such a special place. The fresh and varied aromas that can be breathed here make a walk through the Serra an unforgettable experience.

Stop At: Castelo dos Mouros, Estrada da Pena Parque de Monserrate, Sintra 2710-609 Portugal

Isolated at the top, on one of the peaks of the Sintra mountain range, Castelo dos Mouros is a fortification founded in the 10th century, during the Muslim occupation of the Iberian Peninsula.

Its famous walls wind through the mountains with their granite blocks between boulders and cliffs.

Its round path offers a glimpse of a unique landscape over the village, Pena and, further away, the contrast between the green of the mountains and the blue of the Atlantic.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Park and National Palace of Pena, Estrada da Pena, Sintra 2710-609 Portugal

The National Palace of Pena is like a sacred jewel that crowns the Serra de Sintra. The surrounding park, in tune with the fairytale character of the palace, awakens emotions of mystery and discovery. In its nooks and crannies, eyes are lost in charm.
