• Papas Nativas y Lomo Saltado de Alpaca - Native potatos and fried alpaca sirloin strips with onions and tomatos.
• Quinoa with Aji de gallina - Quino, Chicken, milk and nuts
• Rocoto Relleno - Ground beef, chilli pepper, vegetables, olives, egg and raisins
• Ocopa - Sauce made from huacatay, sun-dried yellow chilis and chopped onions, as dressing for boiled potatoes.
• Cuy Chactado - Fried guinea pig, corn, potatos, cancha (dried fried corn) and onions marinated with lime juice and spices.
• Sushi rolls - There are plenty of varieties to choose from and we eat them because in Peru we have the 2nd biggest colonia of Japanese in the world.
• Sanjo or Helado de queso - We will try one of them.
