We are located in the old town of Bilbao, near the Mercado de la Ribera (the main food market in the city), the Cathedral of Santiago and the Church of San Antón. The old town of Bilbao is a place full of history and traditions of the Basque Country.
We will learn to make 4 skewers so that you can prepare them and leave the guests with their mouths open. All this in a quiet and pleasant environment perfect for enjoying and making new friends or meeting people.

Welcome to the Pintxos Workshop!

An interactive culinary experience
In this workshop we will take a tour from the traditional dishes of the Basque Country, to the modernist techniques of molecular cuisine. We will learn to make 4 traditional pintxos, giving them a twist to obtain surprising results.



Sample Menu

• Modernist Gilda. - A typical Bilbao pintxo that we will modernize with an olive esterification
• Low temperature cod with pil pil sauce. - Cod at its perfect cooking point with a typical sauce from the Basque Country.
• Chop tar tar toast. - A steak in its pintxo version.
• Gatzatua with honey and nuts. - A delicious sheep curd made at the moment with honey from nearby farmhouses and nuts.

Inclusions

  • Alcoholic Beverages - Txakoli wine or red wine from Rioja Alavesa
  • After its preparation we will taste the pintxos.
  • Snacks - Idiazabal cheese and ham.
