The experience always includes an introduction to wine tasting, the history of the territory and the wineries. 5 wines accompanied by bread, cheeses and locally produced oil. These are wines selected from small producers, mainly with organic certification

We can organize the tasting directly at your home or at the hotel where you are on vacation, even in the center of Lucca.

I'll take care of everything and you won't have to think about anything!
I will set the table with tasting tablecloths and serve you the wines in professional glasses!

At the end of the tasting I will leave the bottles uncorked (if not finished :) in order to enjoy them during the holiday.

I am a sommelier from Lucca with many years of experience, winner of some important competitions, 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018 and owner of the Uvaggio online wine shop. I work as a wine consultant, educator and write about wine on the homonymous blog Wineafterwine.

Description

I'm Simone Vergamini, 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022. We can organize the tasting directly at your home or at the hotel where you are on holiday, even in the center of Lucca or on the surrounding hills.

The experience always includes an introduction to wine tasting, the history of the area and of the wineries. We will then move on to the tasting of 5 wines accompanied by locally produced bread, cheese and oil. These are wines selected from small producers, mainly with organic certification, in love with their work and the territory.

We can organize the tasting directly at your home or at the hotel where you are on holiday, even in the center of Lucca.

I will take care of everything and you won't have to think about anything!
