The Royal Palace was commissioned in 1750 by the Bourbon King Charles as his new residence, taking inspiration by the palaces of Versailles in Paris. The project of the complex was assigned to the architect Vanvitelli, who designed the palace, the fountains, and the famous three-kilometer-long “Via d’acqua.”
Your guide will make you discover the beauties, hidden in the park, like Classical sculptures, water features, pools, and waterfalls. Don’t forget to visit the English Garden, rich in colors and exotic plants.
