This is where we stop for a complimentary coffee and admire the exterior of this restored 17th Century tenement house. One of the oldest buildings in the Royal Mile.

An impressive medieval parish church founded in the 12th Century and the location of some of the most important events in Scottish history. (Donations are welcomed)

Medieval in origin, Advocate's Close is one of The Royal Mile's most picturesque closes (alleyway) with one of the most iconic views of the Scott Monument.

One of Edinburgh's prettiest streets and reputed to be the inspiration for J K Rowling's 'Diagon Alley' in her wonderful Harry Potter series.

An incredibly atmospheric graveyard dating back to the 16th Century inspiring writers from Charles Dickens to J K Rowling. Also reputed to be one of the most haunted places in Europe!
